- En la misma cazuela a fuego medio le añadimos el ajo, la cebolla, la guindilla, salpimentamos y cocinamos hasta que esté todo bien pochado. Añadimos ahora; la nata, un cazo de agua de la pasta y lo ponemos a ebullición por espacio de un par de minutos.



- Añadimos a la cazuela el pollo, la pasta y la llevamos a ebullición, mezclamos y la removemos bien con una espátula de madera para mezcla todos sus ingredientes. Por último añadimos los quesos, mezclamos bien durante un par de minutos, retiramos del fuego y dejamos reposar un poco. Emplatamos y listo para comer.
