- Eliminar la espuma que producen las carnes al ponerse a cocer.


- Cuando esté la espuma quitada y el agua hirviendo, echar los garbanzos, asegurando que quedan bien cubiertos.
- Poner la tapa de la olla express y mantener a fuego medio, cuando comience a salir humo por la válvula de la olla y a sonar, contar 20 min de cocción.
- En paralelo, en un cacito ponemos a hervir agua, y cuando esté en ebullición añadimos la patata y el chorizo. Lo dejamos hasta que esté hecha la patata (aprox 20 min). Comprobamos si está hecha clavandole un cuchillo: si sale fácil, está lista.

- Una vez pasado los 20 min apagar el fuego, pero no sacar la olla del fuego. Esperar hasta que se enfríe poco a poco y se baje la válvula
- Sacamos la carne a un plato/bandeja, sacamos la maya con los garbanzos. Y por último pasamos el caldo por un colador fino para dejar el caldo limpio.
- Ahora en un cacito echamos el caldo y un puñadito de fideos finos por persona. Truco para la sopa en tuppers: cuando termine la cocción, separa los fideos del caldo para que no sigan en contacto en caliente. Espera a que es enfríen para poder juntarlo en el mismo tupper, o llevarlo separado al trabajo.
