  1. El relleno prepararlo antes de hacer la masa, ya que al rellenar tiene que quedar bien enfriado.   4. Transcurridos esos minutos, agregamos el resto de los ingredientes, y vamos mezclando todo con una cuchara de madera hasta que todos los ingredientes queden bien integrados, por segunda vez tapamos el cuenco y dejamos fermentar la masa o hasta que doble su volumen.
  5. Después dividimos la masa en 8 unidades del mismo tamaño, se tapan y cogemos la primera bola y la empezamos a rellenar como se explica en la imágenes
  6. Se estira la masa con el rodillo, hacer unos cortes hasta la mitad y después la doblamos y rellenar. Pintar con un huevo e introducir al horno calor arriba y abajo a 190°.
