  5. Limpia y trocea muy bien el Calamar en tiritas finas y dale un ligero rehogado en la grasa del Pato que quedó en la Sartén, retira y reserva
  6. Sofríe la Verdura empezando por el Ajo; si fuera necesario añade un poco de Aceite.
  7. Ahora desgrana el Arroz con la mano y añádelo a la Verdura; sofríe a fuego fuerte el conjunto removiendo suavemente.
  8. Condimenta con un chorrito de Salsa de Soja y pon a punto de Sal y pimienta.
  9. Emplata enseguida; ralla un poco de piel de Limón por encima y filetea el Magret de Pato bien fino y dispónlo por encima; con el propio calor del Arroz se terminará.
