  3. Cuando esté casi hecha pones el pollo cortado en cuadraditos (se pueden hacer también cuadrados a partir de filetes de pollo pero lo mejor es que sean trozos más consistentes) y lo dejas bastante rato hasta que se haga bien el pollo y que no quede crudo.
  4. Luego añades el curry (2 cucharadas aprox.) y sigues moviendo todo un par de minutos más.
  5. Después echas 200 ml de nata y 200 ml de tomate frito y añades sal (yo le echo poco porque prefiero rectificar al final a que me quede salado) y remueves todo y dejas que se vaya haciendo unos 10-12 min.
  6. Luego pruebas la salsa y vas rectificando la sal (normalmente hay que echar bastante pero al gusto).
  7. Para terminar puedes acompañarlo de arroz (basmati a ser posible) y está listo! QUE APROVECHE!
