- En una sartén caliente sin aceite verter las patatas, añadir la mezcla anterior y rehogar hasta que se reduzca el agua.
Después colocar las patatas en una fuente para el horno. - Yo suelo sellar el pollo friendolo un poco en la sartén, no es necesario que se haga, a continuación colocarlo sobre la cama de patatas y al horno, durante 40 o 50 minutos a 180ºC depende del horno. Y listo una delicia.
