Añadimos el tomate natural y subimos el fuego. Vamos machacando con la cuchara el tomate para que se deshaga. Vertemos en el vaso de la batidora y trituramos.
  6. En la misma sartén, pero sin la salsa, sellamos el pollo. Esperamos a que se haya evaporado el suero del yogurt para añadir la salsa triturada. Dejamos que se cocine a fuego lento unos 10 min.
  7. Añadimos la leche de coco, removemos y seguimos cocinando a fuego lento.
