- 5 minutos de reposo y a comer. Que aproveche!!!
- Pasados 15 minutos vigilamos y si le queda poco ponemos fuego fuerte para evaporar lo que quede de caldo y que se nos pegue un poco y tengamos socarrat que es muy rico.
