Una vez pasados los 2 minutos y el arroz extendido por la paellera le añadimos el caldo de la sartén y ponemos los pimientos encima. Subimos el fuego unos 15 min y 5 min a fuego bajo. Una vez pasados los 20 min, apagar fuego y poner papel de aluminio encima para dejar reposar unos 5 min.
