Ahora echamos las judías verdes y el pimiento cortado en tiras o como quieras,(TRUCO: si cortas medio pimiento grande en en tiras y el otro medio lo trituras con media cebolla en la trituradora y pimienta molida y lo echas, queda de muerte,ya que le va a dar muchisimo sabor) echas el pimentón, el colorante y el azafrán, se deja unos minutos, echamos el tomate triturado, juntamos todo y dejamos otros minutitos más
  3. Echamos 1L de caldo, mezclamos e incorporamos dos vasitos de arroz distribuyéndolo por toda la sartén. Dejar unos 20 min aproximadamente. Echar agua si fuera necesario. Yo puse el fuego de la vitro a 4, y lo dejé así todo el tiempo. Que se haga poco a poco para que no se queme.
  4. Una vez que esté hecho el arroz ponemos unas aceitunitas, y le damos un toque fuerte de calor (al 8) unos minutos para que se forme socarrat que a mi al menos me encanta. Dejamos 10 min reposar sin fuego ni nada y ya está listo. 😋
