- En la misma sartén vertemos la nata y el queso crema, comenzamos a remover hasta que se diluya el queso y agregamos la pimienta negra, nuez moscada y sal, seguimos removiendo hasta que coja el punto deseado, más bien espeso, y apartamos.


- Por último repartimos la falsa bechamel por encima del pollo e introducimos en el horno previamente calentado a 200º con el calor arriba y abajo, con ventilador si lo tenéis, y bajamos la temperatura a 180º hasta que quede gratinado, aproximadamente 30 minutos. Dejamos enfriar un rato antes de servir porque guarda mucho el calor.
