- Echa en un bol el aceite, la leche y el medio huevo huevo ligeramente batido, añade una pizca de sal, el pimentón si quieres darle un toque de color a la masa, y ya por último añadiremos la harina

- Si utilizas amasadora deja que se amase entre 5 y 7 minutos. Si lo haces de forma manual, cómo ha sido en mi caso, simplemente empieza a revolver todos los ingredientes con una cuchara, y cuando veas que la masa empieza a estar un poco compacta, ya puedes utilizar las manos para amasar
- Si ves que la masa queda seca y no se compacta añade 5 ml de leche y sigue amasando.
- Cuando esté lista déjala reposar 15 minutos

- Para el relleno de la empanada, yo he utilizado pollo. He puesto un chorro de AOVE en la sartén, 2 cebollas, medio pimiento y las pechugas de pollo cortadas en trozo. Todo esto saloimentado
- Una vez reposada la masa, la he estirado sobre papel de horno, dejándo una capa fina. Añado el pollo y a continuación pongo otra capa de masa para tapar la empanada


- Precalentamos el horno a 190°C con calor arriba y abajo.
- Metemos la empanada en el horno a una temperatura media. Sobre unos 25-35 minutos.
- Cuando ya esté, la sacamos del horno y la dejaremos reposar. Para que enfríe un poco. Y ya estaría lista nuestra empanada! Fácil de hacer y muy rica😋
