- Sacar el pollo del congelador. Poner una sartén con bastante aceite a fuego alto. Freír el pollo y reservar en un plato con papel absorbente


- Picar en trozos no muy pequeños la cebolla y los pimientos. Laminar el ajo

- Retirar el exceso de aceite de freír el pollo y a fuego medio-alto saltear las verduras dorando primero el ajo



- Añadir el pollo y la salsa reservados. Deshacer 1 cucharadita de Maizena en un poquito de agua fría y añadir también



- Mezclar y dejar unos 5 minutos para que espese la salsa

- Emplatar y servir recién hecho. Buen provecho!!!!!
