- Ponemos a precalentar el horno a 200°. Vamos cortando los filetes de pollo a trozos pequeños-medianos, y los pimientos y la cebolla (trozos más bien pequeños), mientras cortamos todos ponemos los dos huevos a cocer unos 10 minutos.
- En una olla bajita cubrimos la base con un chorreón de aceite, una vez caliente se le echa la cebolla y el diente de ajo, cuando ya esté pocheada la cebolla ya podemos añadir los pimientos y por último los trozos de pollo, una pizca de sal y albahaca en especia. Removemos todo muy bien y a fuego medio vamos haciendo todo, una vez hecha la verdura y el pollo ya le podemos añadir el tomate natural, una pizca de sal al gusto, una cucharadita de azúcar al gusto también.
- Para casi finalizar, le añadimos los dos huevos duros picaditos y lo dejamos unos 10-15 minutos y seguir removiendo. Una vez listo, en una bandeja de horno ponemos la masa de hojaldre y rrellenamos con el pollo con verduras y tomate que ya está hecho anteriormente.Ahora tapamos con la otra masa de hojaldre y vamos juntando la masa base con la masa de arriba y rematamos los bordes con ayuda de un tenedor aplastando la masa.
- Ahora con el tenedor pinchamos en varias partes de la masa de hojaldre de arriba y luego con ayuda de un pincel pintamos solamente con la yema de un huevo la masa de hojaldre de arriba.Y ya listo para el horno!! Lo dejamos unos 35-40 minutos, cuando veamos que la masa está doradito ya y buen provecho!!😋
