  4. 1 cebolla grande o 2 pequeñas

  8. 200 g nata para cocinar
  9. 1/2 sobre especias para tacos
  10. 2 masas de empanada
  11. 1 huevo para pintar la masa

Instructions to make to make Empanada texmex

  1. Ponemos la pechuga entera en la paella y la doramos un poco por fuera. Luego la dejamos reposar y que se temple un poco.
  2. En una picadora le añadimos la zanahoria, pimientos, cebolla y lo trituramos en los trozos más grandes que permita el aparato. También se puede hacer a mano.
  3. Ponemos la verdura en la paella a fuego medio con un chorrito de aceite o si es antiadherente no hace falta.
  4. Laminados los champiñones y cortamos en rodajas el puerro. Y lo añadimos a la sartén. Que la tapamos y dejamos que se vaya cocinando y soltando el agua.
  5. Cuando está pochada la verdura, cortamos la pechuga y la pasamos por la picadora a trozos grandes. La añadimos a la sartén dejando que se acabe de cocinar.
  6. Cuando está todo cocinado le añadimos la nata y el medio sobre de especias, si lo encontráis suave podéis añadir más especias. Mezclamos bien y dejamos que se temple.
  7. Ponemos una tapa de la masa en un molde, en mi caso rectangular, le añadimos el relleno y lo tapamos con la otra masa. Cómo podéis ver no es mi fuerte 🤣
  8. Pinchamos la tapa superior y lo pintamos con un huevo. Lo metemos en el horno precalentado a 200 grados unos 35 min o hasta ver que está bien cocinada la masa.
  9. Dejamos templar un poco al sacarlo y ya podemos comer😋
