- Troceamos la cebolla y el ajo muy pequeños.Ponemos en el wok(si no tenéis podéis utilizar una sartén) un chorro generoso de aceite, añadimos la cebolla.Cuando esté a punto, incorporamos el ajo...una vez dorados retiramos
- Con el aceite que nos ha quedado, añadimos los brotes, damos un par de vueltas y ponemos los champiñones.Una vez hechos, retiramos.Sin aceite y con el wok caliente, tostamos el sésamo(muy atentos porque se quema).Una vez dorado, añadimos todos los vegetales junto con un toque generoso de perejil.Salamos, añadimos un buen chorro de vino blanco y tres cucharadas soperas de soja.Removemos



- Añadimos el pollo.Cuando le quitemos el crudo, bajamos el fuego.Ponemos más vino, sal y agua hasta cubrir


- Dejamos que reduzca para obtener nuestra salsita.Cuando coja consistencia estará listo
