- En un vaso grande, lo llenamos de agua fría y añadimos la maicena. Removemos hasta que se disuelva bien. Reservamos.

- En un wok o sartén honda, ponemos 2 Cucharadas de aceite a calentar (yo he usado de girasol!!) Y sofreímos el pollo.

- Cuando haya cogido un poco de color, sacamos de la sartén y reservamos.

- En la misma sartén, añadimos la cebolla cortada en cuadrados. Sofreímos 1min.

- Añadimos las setas. Recogemos durante 2 min.

- Bajamos a fuego medio. Añadimos 1 cuarto de la botella de soja. Removemos bien. Añadimos la mitad del vaso de agua con maicena. Removemos.

- Añadimos el pollo.

- Removemos para que se mezcle todo bien.
