En una olla grande la llenamos de agua y le ponemos un hueso de jamón y la llevamos a ebullición, cuando este el.agua hirviendo unos 5 mints vamos metiendo las botijas para que se cuezan, suelen tardar unos 3 cuartos de hora las vamos mirando sobre la marcha y si vemos que le salen ampollitas las pinchamos con una abuja en cuanto vemos que ya se a cuajado bien el huevo están listas para servir.
