Ponemos a calentar una olla con aceite de oliva y el diente de ajo antes de que se dore le añadimos la pechuga ya cortada y le ponemos la hoja de laurel y le desmenuzamos la media pastilla de avecrem y le ponemos también la pimienta negra y un pelín de sal poca ya que el avecrem lleva su sal lo vamos haciendo a fuego lento.

Mientras en un vaso de batidora ponemos el vaso de vino blanco y la cebolla y lo pasamos por la batidora y selo añadimos a la carne cuando esté casi hecha y le subimos el fuego para que hierva el vino unos cinco minutos depues le ponemos un poco de harina para que espese y se quede en salsita como puedes ver en la foto

Ya hecha la carne ponemos una base de empanadas enla bandeja de horno fría la pinchamos con un tenedor y la rellenamos con la carne y encima ponemos los pimientos y el queso de cabra, colocamos la otra base encima doblando los bordes y con un tenedor lo sellamos yo en el centro le hago un agujero y con el tenedor pincho por casi toda la masa, la pintamos con el huevo y lista! La metemos al horno 20-25 minutos a 200 grados.
